Team and Organization Accounts
If you use a team or organization plan, the account owner is responsible for managing user access, permissions, and billing for all associated users. You are responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these Terms.

License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Auto Marketplace Poster browser extension for internal business purposes only.

Third-Party Websites
The Service interacts with third-party platforms, including automotive listing websites and online marketplaces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform, including AutoTrader, Facebook, or Meta.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms, and such changes may affect the functionality of the Service.

 

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings, advertising practices, and use of the Service comply with all applicable requirements.

 

Service Content
All software, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided by Auto Marketplace Poster are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or submit using the Service, including vehicle listings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

 

Vehicle Listing Data
You represent that you have the legal right to use and publish all vehicle data, images, and descriptions submitted through the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all listings.

 

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to engage in unlawful activity, post misleading or fraudulent listings, interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, reverse engineer the Service, bypass subscription or device limits, or misuse the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

 

No Refunds
All purchases are final. Subscription fees, software access, and digital services are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.

 

Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance.

 

Additional Users and Seats
Additional users or seats may incur additional fees. Charges may be prorated for the remainder of a billing cycle and billed at full rate in subsequent cycles.

 

Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled through your account dashboard or billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.

 

Account Access After Cancellation
After cancellation or expiration, access to the browser extension and premium features will end. Account data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all third-party platforms, or any specific business outcome. Changes made by third-party platforms may impact the Service, and we are not liable for such changes.

 

No Legal or Compliance Advice
We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules related to your listings and business practices.

 

Technical Requirements
The browser extension is designed for Google Chrome on desktop devices. Compatibility with other browsers, versions, or devices is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, and internet access.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

 

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Marketplace Poster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or damages resulting from third-party platform actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

 

Indemnification

Termination
